Google Form

1. Go to Drive at drive.google.com. Create a custom form or open existing one.
   When creating a new form, pick any template you like and add as many questions as needed. You can even set email notifications and "thank you" pages for your users to make the work with your form comfortable and easy.

2. When you are ready with your form, click the Send form button at the end of your form and select the Embed option, then copy the HTML code:
   
   
   
   
   
   Alternatively, go to the File menu and select Embed.
3. Go back to ibuildapp.com and paste the generated HTML into the 'Google Form Code' entry field provided.
   
   

That’s it! Your form is ready to use on your mobile app.
