Can we still edit our app when it is in a AppStore?

Once we put our app in an app store (i.e. Google play) , can we still edit the content of our app?

  Hello, yes, sure, you can update app at the any time. 

  You do not need to re-submit your app if you are making changes to the content (photos, songs, text on HTML widget, etc), the button tiles or the images used for the buttons and the background in your app.
  iOS and Android apps need to be re-submitted/re-published if you make changes to:
  - your splash screen
  - adding or removing Push/GPS notifications
  - the app icon or app name
  - the functionality of a button/widget (i.e. changing a button from being a Fanwall to Audio List, etc)
  When an app is re-submitted/re-published, your users will need to download/update the version on their device before seeing the changes you have made.
