I can not figure out why my app keeps telling me that my calculator is invalid or is missing content. I have six others that work and one that says it is invalid appears to be working fine. What are some reasons it would say it is invalid or missing content

Ryan, can't help you here. we don't have calculator functions in our pre-built modules. seems like you created your own using HTML page function?

tested your app with 2 calculators for free on 4 different devices, it works just fine. also we can't warrantee for apple and many different Android phones manufacturing companies that they will support what you put in HTML page function.

My app consists of a bunch of calculators at the moment.

Is there a page where I can view what options I can enter under formula?  I need to know what formulas I can use to make the calculators find a total for their variables, and ultimately, add all those totals together in the last calculator.

Hi "Info", this is a community forum and if the members of the community don't answer on your posts it probably means they don't know or not interested to answer.

if you have a support related question please open your ticket on My Apps page agains that specific app (on App Dashboard) and post it.

Tickets are available for the paying customers on the plans.

we also answer on general questions on the forum, but with some delay as we are not obligated to provide asap support in this case, right? :)

If we can make successful apps, your company makes ad revenue, even if we aren't paying customers..  Why not help us help you?

We learn a little bit about programming an app because you give us a list of code, you make ad revenue. Everyone is happy, right? :)

Info, I agree that investing 0.25-2 hours per customer is a good business given the cost of support  - $100 per hour = $25-$200 total per app.

typically we have an average revenue per app equal $0.1 so we respectfully decline your proposal to fund your app development at our own expense.

we usually make money only from subscriptions.

    thanks

No one's asking you to fund anything.  You provided a product module.  Excellent module. That's fine and appreciated.  No instructions though.  All you're being asked for is 1 line of code that allows proper use of what you've kindly given.  No writing of an app, or teaching us to code apps.

I merely wanted a formula in this very window, in lieu of a readme file or a link to a readme file that is typically attached to modules and the like.

You want me to sign up for a year of service, to type back a 1 line formula?

Info, we don't ask you to sign up for anything.

you can use the free plan but if you need our technical support, than you have to subscribe to one of the plans. I reiterate it again that we don't provide free support or explanations how to use or what to enter. it's relatively self explanatory and there is always room for more help, I agree with you on that. but we are limited in resources to keep providing support for free. thanks, rafael
