Opening Safari in seperate window.

Has anyone figured out an option that would allow a link to open externally(pop open Safari as separate window to conform to Apple rules).  I have tried HTML View but it opens within the app and iTunes store requires it open  in external browser

  all native mobile app pages are being opened inside the app, they can't be opened in external browser of mobile device. You can use web version of the app for that only
