Can I add a link to a pdf file on my app?

1. Would it be possible to add a link to a pdf file (accessed via my website) to my app?

2.  If so, how would I do it?

3. If I can do it, would it then be possible print the pdf file when using the app?

  I am looking to add a "Registration Page" either in pdf or word form...... Great question!
