Why don't my changes in Manage Content take effect?

According to everything I've read on your site, I should be able to change text in Manage Content and the changes will immediately take effect. (You do not need to re-submit your app if you are making changes to the content (photos, songs, text on HTML widget, etc), the button titles or the images used for the buttons and the background in your app). I have been trying to make a spelling correction in our "About Us" text but the change is never made

  Hello Colleen,

  After any changes you have made in Manage Content tab, or HTML5/JS for the feature you're referring to... What action did you take after making the last change?

  Generally speaking, after any edit is done inside the Left Side of the screen using HTML5/JS, simply clicking on the blank space outside of both widget boxes should prompt a loading dial near the Update/Publish button which means your changes should now take effect in the emulator on the right.

  That's what I've been trying and just tried it again--no changes. No loading dial appears.

  Typically this issue is associated with connectivity issues, if you would kindly attempt under better internet connectivity circumstances the issue should be resolved. 

  If you believe the issue lies elsewhere, it would be best to start a ticket with our support staff to troubleshoot this issue for a solution.
