Could I build an app to schedule employees their shift or day off?

I need to create a mobile app to notify each employee which day they work and which day off they have. Will I be able to do this here with you guys?

  Yes, you could utilize google calendar, HTML5/JS, Acuity Scheduling, or a multitude of other features to create such an app.

  Keep in mind, your app may require more functions in order to get accepted into Apple and Google Play store.
