Notifications for new builds that need to be resubmitted

I was wondering if it would be possible to get an email or an RSS feed of when you release new versions that require apps to be resubmitted. It would help to keep on top of the updates and make sure they get resubmitted quickly. Right now there is a banner when I log in that tells me a new version is available but I don't log in to the site all that often.

  we don't spam users with each update as we do put updates a few times per week.. thanks for interesting idea.
