improve the nofitications

Hi, We would like to have the notification service attached to the news, photos,videos,and audio's. My clients are complaining anout this error, as most of them turning off the notification service in thier elctronic devices, or they use to hide the notification. We not reaching our aim by sending the news or the message. There fore please if you could attach the notifications with the other notifications to let the client redirected properly to the other services untill they use the app in best way. Thank you
