QR Scanner should check your own app first for products

I don't see the point of the QR scanner. We barcode all of our products and I thought the QR scanner would be able to allow a customer to scan one of our packages and then take him to our product.

However this does not work at all. Instead it is more likely to take him to another company to buy from. This accomplishes the opposite of what I want.
