Limited Countries

can eCommerce page limit my customers to only a certain areas?

After click pay via Paypal, customers need to fill in shipping details. There is a dropdown list for various countries. Can i limit the list to only a few countries, as shipping fees for different countries varies for one another and i only want to deal with customers from certain areas for better services.
