Swipe pages or arrowed page turner

Is it possible that this feature (to swipe pages or have arrowed page turner) could be integrated into iBuildApp features list? I am looking for such a feature for a current project. This may be of great use to book style creators and information documents, for example. 

Has anyone come across this feature by an independent creator's design on here? If so could you please direct me their way : )
