USER UPLOAD IMAGE TO MY APP

Hi
i wanna to build app that has form consist of typical fields such as (name, date and upload image). my app has ability to allow the user after upload image to see it later and can send it by email.
my question does como has all these features???! and does all these features available on the free trail or i should pay for them???!

and sorry if this not correct section
