Soundcloud tracks will not play in app

Soundcloud tracks play fine on computer in the app preview.  Once app is downloaded on device, tracks will not play. I get a message that says, "Cannot open media stream".

 

I have attached a screenshot from app.

  Hello. I noticed that you tested your app on Android device. Which device you used for testing and which Android OS version installed on your device?

  I have a ticket in for a similar issue. Testing works fine. However, when I click the audio button in the app to take me to the list of audio files nothing happens. I've had a ticket in for six days. Did you ever get your issue resolved?

  Hello Cindy, we are currently working on the ticket you've submitted on the matter...

  What we can recommend in the meantime is to reset the feature by selecting an alternate feature, then going back to audio list. 

  Let us know if that resolves any issues while we develop a fix.

  Hi ONE + IBA! I get the same issue on one button- the audios won´t play- but not on my other button with audios in English, where I connected the whole Soundcloud stream.. Help, please... Thank you in advance
