How do I turn off ibuildapp permission requests?

Googleplay will not allow a content classification of "Everyone" with the location permission that ibuildapp requires.  How can I turn this off.  It is UNACCEPTABLE for my customers, goes against all best practices, and in my book, unethical business behavior.  My app is a game for children, but even if it weren't, these permissions should NOT be required !!!

  These Android permissions are included in common Android source code and can't be removed from users apps.

  This is obligatory thing for all Android apps created on our site.

  So this means it is an active choice by IBuildApp to allow all these permissions? It is not require by Android.

  What is the justification for these permissions?

  Contacts/Calendar

  • read calendar events plus confidential information
  • add or modify calendar events and send email to guests without owners' knowledge
  • read your contacts

  I WILL NOT USE IBUILDAPP.COM until they give me full control over permissions. I liked ibuildapp until I saw the permissions. I quickly uninstalled the app I had written.

  hi there,

  there is nothing to fix. the software is working as designed and you are requesting to change the existing flow.

  if you don't want to give us permissions when downloading app, please don't use it.

  CAn't you go into your phones application manager and change the permission in the app settings?
