Your server went down last night (May 18, 2015) and my app has not been working for the last 15 hours. I received no notification of this problem from iBuildApp, but found out from my upset customers. When this happens, you need to notify me—and all your customers—immediately by email to alert us that there is a problem. I called your support line and sent emails to your support line to be told that "our developers are working on the issue now. The problem will be fixed soon." That was 12 hours ago. You need much better customer support, or you will be losing customers very quickly.
