PDF display in iPad App
I've created an HTML page in my iPad app and have set the URL to point directly to a PDF. It looks OK in my preview, but that's dependent on my local browser / plugin settings.
Does anyone know what will happen when viewed on an actual iPad? I'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me about pitfalls or issues I may not be seeing yet.

Perhaps my dilemma, for phones, is similar to what's covered above, but I'm not sure. Is it possible to create a smartphone app that simply allows the user to read a text only PDF document (like a book)? If not, can the document be converted to something that is app compatible? We already know it can be downloaded and read on iPhones and Androids, for what that's worth. Thank you!

Hi, I have only tried to build 3rd party PDF viewers in C#.NET and VB.NET plaform. Here are the relevant tutorials about how to get it started:

I wonder whether there are some mamual tools just like that to help us with the PDF displaying work in iPad App. Any ideas about it?
