Hello!
On the "Design the Home page" section, under "edit logo", what's the right size for the logo? I tried many sizes, from 700px to 200px, but neither of them was correctly displayed into the iPad image on the left...

  I have noticed that it resizes JPG files correctly but not PNG files, so I am using only JPG files for the logos. Also, even though I get an error message when I attempt to change the logo, the system does make the change.

  Hi Alexandre,
  the image dimension must be 768 x 260 in pixels; otherwise it will be scaled and cropped to fit the size.
  William, both JPG and PNG images are resized the same way. Probably your PNG image have some transparent pixels that makes you think that it processed differently. You may want to send us both images for comparison.

  I am using a .jpg, which I resized to match the 768 (total size 768x103), but the preview still appears out of bounds and so large that it never appears correctly in the preview.

  Same issue here on the business template. Logo is correct size but preview is showing it cropped.

  Jon, I've just uploaded logo image for the business template -
  
  
  
  the dimension is 320x112 in pixels, and nothing is being cropped..

  To fix your issue resize your image to the proper dimension of the logo of your app, or start a ticket at our Support Center, and a representative would be happy to guide you to a solution.
