Ipad creation cant put splashscreen

Can't upload any splashscreen because the page doesn't allow to do it!
When i test the app on my ipad, the click on images doesn't work and doesn't open pages

  I didn't notice we have a splash screen for ipad.
  where did you find it? have been doing support for more than a year and i am very surprised to hear that we have it. where? where did you find it for iPad?
