Updating app
Once an app is uploaded, can I refresh or make changes to it?
-
You do not need to re-submit your app if you are making changes to the content (photos, songs, text on HTML widget, etc), the button tiles or the images used for the buttons and the background in your app.
iOS and Android apps need to be re-submitted/re-published if you make changes to:
- your splash screen
- adding or removing Push/GPS notifications
- the app icon or app name
- the functionality of a button/widget (i.e. changing a button from being a Fanwall to Audio List, etc)
When an app is re-submitted/re-published, your users will need to download/update the version on their device before seeing the changes you have made.

I have changed the content on one of my tabs because the contact from I had added originally was not sending the mail to my address, and I could not fins anywhere to add my email addess in ther options to have that fixed. I added the email from from ibuild and that has the option to input the address the mail will go to..now How can I let my customers know this? Must I pay for another app to make these types of changes? That would not be feasible and would make making changes on my app costly!

so, nothing yet, the TIme Mr tech support it wasn't for the iphone refresh, you just need to think a little bit beyond that, the time was for you, YES time response very bad, I already knew it was bad no faster than 24hrs, average 50hrs and not always solve the problem, issue or given a good tip, and still nothing! tks for your help and nobody from tech support tell us how or why it takes more time than expected.

As mentioned previously, content updates appear every time users completely restart your app and will be prompted by an orange exclamation mark. We apologize for our support delay, certain tickets and users take priority support for technical reasons.
Unfortunately your 24-50 hours statement simply isn't true as we've handled 50 of your tickets, some within the same day as they were submitted, others took longer as they were technical issues which took time to resolve. Over half of the tickets submitted were rudimentary or simple questions which our support has either answered in the past or the answer can be found simply by using the service. Showing attitude to our customer support regrettably does not prioritize your inquiry within our system, so again I apologize for the delay in this response let me know if you experience any other issues or problems.

Hello, I created an app via your website, I have only one question, when I do not see changes immediately on the app (even closing it and reopening) to see them I have to click on the refresh app, there is no system because this will happen automatically at opening app, would make it more fluid. waiting for your reply. I'm sorry I don't quite understand what the question is... Are you asking how to trigger the app to update on the device?

@Emil S. (iBuildApp)
No I'm testing the app on my cell before publishing, but updates the editor that I do on the app are visible only after asking the app refreshes, hoping that updates were available when you restart the app without 'intervention. I hope I was clear and to receive your help
