CSR Does Not Work

The CSR that I download from here(ibuildapp) does not work. I download the CSR file, then go to certificates > Distribution within my developer portal.. I choose the CSR file and click submit and it just refreshes the page. It doesn't take me to the "Current Distribution Certificate" page. It doesn't verify the CSR file I download from ibuildapp.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm following the simple 1,2,3 step introductions within ibuildapp under the Publishing section.

  Hello, i've checked both of your apps. And your apple developer account is registered on iBuildApp.com. Do you still have the problem you describe?
