the app file problem

i have a question. After I download the file (zip), use application loader to upload but the application loader can't select the zip file to upload, can any big brothers or sisters help me? Thanks so much

  you unzipped the zip file ??? don`t unzip it , which application Loader version ?
  For Upload -> Application Loader -> Deliver your App (do not use open Package) -> select .zip File
  
  or have you created an AD-Hoc .ipa ;) ??

  I cannot select the .zip file, do you mean that I need to first select the app is AD-hoc?

  No , the .ipa File is only for testing the App on your Phone , can you make an screenshot ?
  Look at my Screenshot what have you choose her ad-hoc or App-Store
