Identical Errors with 2 apps when attempting upload

Downloaded zip files from 2 apps on 3/14/2012 (after iBuildApp restarted their servers). Attempted uploading using Application Loader. Received identical errors on both apps. See attachments. Both of these are updates to existing apps. I made these updates from scratch using a new template. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  please contact apple why their application loader gives your error.
  you can post the error on their support site as well.
  as of the codesign verification it seems your certificate was create incorrectly so apple tells you that you made incorrect certificate.
