Provisioning profile

Hi
I'm new to apple stuff, I Followed all your steps, now I'm stacked when trying to create "Provisioning profile".
Even I checked that I dont have any apple device, I cant finish the process without add some apple devices...

Please advice

  Hi Administrator
  Thanks for your replay, I succeed the mentioned above steps.
  Now I have a different problem, when trying to upload the app to iTunes I get the following error:
  "error communicating with itunes store application loader " I use 1.3 version when getting this error.
  I tried to use Xcode 4.3, also without any success.
  Please advice.
