CSR file from publishing page INVALID

CSR file from publishing page INVALID and contain 0byte

The CSR file i download from publishing page (distribution_identity.certSigningRequest) contain 0 byte

I cant upload to make distribution certificate. It says:

 

Error

• We are unable to upload this Certificate file because it is invalid. Please check the file and try again.

Anyone has same problem?
