Problems with ENTERPRISE account

I have created several apps here at iBuild... I have been very satisfied with the service. It wasn't easy to get the hang of publishing the apps. Especially to Apple, but I did it.... for several apps. Then my Distribution Certificate expired, and I had to renew it. After that, I have not been able to register my apple developer account with the ibuild platform anymore. I can still go in and update the app content, but I can not create and publish and actual app update, because I can't get past all of the certificate stuff it asks for. I get all of these different errors. 

As I mentioned, I have done it all before, and it was working as long as my apple developer account information was stored in the system here at ibuild. Once i deleted the Apple developer account so I could update it with the new Distribution Certificate, I never could get it to work again. So, I quit paying my ENTERPRISE account fees until I could get it to work again. Well, it has been 7 months now, and i still can't figure it out.... 

Now, one of my apps main functions is no longer working. The GPS Notifications.... And in order for it to work, it is saying that I have to update and resubmit the apps to each app store. Android is no problem. Done that one. But I can't get the Apple one done because of the issues I have described. When I go to the "Publish" page, it gives me the option to do it myself (free) of pay for the "Business" or "Enterprise" plan, and they will do it for me at no extra cost (other than the Enterprise fee)...

I have no problem paying the Enterprise fee ($79 per month), but what I need to know is this..... Once I pay the $79, do you guys register my Apple Developer Account in the ibuild system so that I don't run into these problems again? I just want to make sure that each time I want to submit an update to the app store, I don't have to pay the $79 all over again. Or, if I create another app, and want to submit it, I want to know that my Apple developer account information will already be in the system like it was before.
