    Hi Robert,

    Please, recreate your Certificate Signing Request and Distribution Certificate. Before doing that, please do not forget to delete those files from your computer, delete Certificate Signing Request from our site and revoke your Distribution Certificate on Provision Profile. 

    Finally, open a ticket at the Dashboard page of your app and ask our customer support to resolve your issue.
