    Hi Dustin,

    feel free to open ticket at the Dashboard page of your app and ask our support to help you create certificates for your apps.

    Curious why does it require a new CSR for each app, when the distribution certificate made for the team is the same for all the apps. The provisionary profile seems like it would be the one that should be different for each app, the distribution is the same.

    Hi Dustin, thank you for the feedback, the mechanism will be changed in next few business days.

    I am having the same issues 18 months on, i keep getting "Error. Cannot repack Distribution Certificate to p12 format." and cannot upload my .cer file to get the distribution part working.  It's very, very frustrating and is the part I need to test before I'd be willing to part with the $280 for the business package, I can't justify it if it's seen not to be working - can you recommend a fix for me?

    We are not supporting .p12 certificates in app building process at Publish page on our site. Please, delete all the certificates from your MAC and revoke them from your Apple Dev account. It is only confusing you.

    Please, refer to the Publish page of your app on our site - Apple iTunes Store

    At the Create Certificate tab DOWNLOAD.csr file (don't use csr file created on your MAC, use only file downloaded from our site), upload it on your Apple Dev account to create new Distribution certificate (Certificates tab – Producation). Then please download new certificate on your MAC and upload it on our site at the Upload Distribution Certificate  tab.

    Don’t forget to create App ID for your app at the Identifiers tab – App IDs. When you are creating App ID for your app at the Apple Developer account, please, fill not only the App ID name, but also "Explicit App ID"-->"Bundle ID:" which should be represented like a reverse-domain name style string (i.e., com.domainname.appname).

    Last step is to recreate Provision Profile (.mobileprovision file) on your Apple Dev account (Provisioning profiles tab – Distribution) and upload this file at the Upload Provisioning Profile tab on our site. Then just follow the further steps to build your app.

    @Soten1121

    That error message appears when the certificates have been set up with improper or expired files. If you would kindly refer to the instructions above your comment on how to set up the account, your error message should be resolved. If faced with the error once more, start a ticket with support@ibuildapp.com to resolve the issue

    I have the same problem, but when generating the CSR, the CSR file downloaded has 0 bytes.  Since it's empty, I can't generate a certificate from it.  Doesn't IBuildApp have to specify some data about Certificate Authority and identification of our account with IBuildApp in that CSR?

    Please help!!!  I can't get the CSR to generate anything!!!
