unable to publish app to itunes

tried to upload the build file with application loader but got errors saying -

"Unable to authenticate the package"

"No .app bundles found in the package"

Please help!

  hello, we have never seen such the issues before, please, try to follow the steps for app submission process in this FAQ https://ibuildapp.com/support-center/app-publishing/how-can-i-publish-my-app-on-apple-app-store/

  Hi, i followed all the steps but got this new error -

  "Improper Advertising Identifier [IDFA] Usage. Your app contains the Advertising Identifier [IDFA] API but your app is not respecting the Limit Ad Tracking setting in iOS."

  Pls advise.

  please, contact our support team via ticket (you can submit it from app Dashboard page) and provide credentials from your Apple account, so we could reproduce and resolve the problem
