Publishing app on itunes with Application Loader

Hi, I have windows and was wonder how do I install the loader without a mac? I have downloaded xCode3.2 and ios file and took forever but what now?

  Hello,

  You have to be a MAC user in order to upload iOS app on Apple Store.
