Access to the App for editing

If I set up an app, is there a way my friends can also edit the app without using my log in details?

  Unfortunately, it's impossible. App can be edited via iBuildApp.com account Design panel.

  OK, but may be possible make access via design panel only for one application for one person?..

  I would like give access to application for developing for third pary person...

  Артём,

  In this case you would need to provide credentials (login and password) from your iBuildApp account to the third party person. But you can also create application under your account and then just copy it to another account if it is needed.
