Trying to publish my app.

I need to set up a certificate, profile, and identifier. I submitted several request, but haven't received any direction. I logged into chat but it wasn't ended with "missed chat" even though I never received a reply. When purchasing the app, I chose the option for iBuildapp to publish it for me, but as of now, I've been going at it alone with no support.  Any assistance from anyone would be great.
