"Tap to Call" and text fields problem
Everything works fine on my app except for 2 issues with "Tap to Call" module and the form fields. This app been tested on 3 different Android phones.
The app force closes every time Tap to Call is used. I believe it is due to wrong phone number format for calls within the U.S.
When making the app, I'm prompted to use all three fields which are labeled incorrectly to begin with. First field "+1" is labeled as "Phone Number". Second field, which is limited to 3 digits, and I can only assume that it is designated for area codes, is labeled "Country Code". Third field is limited to 10 digits and is labeled "Area Code". Obviously, this is completely out of order. I emailed the staff and all I got was a suggestion to re-build the app. What's the point of rebuilding if the module itself is not properly developed? I even tried to bypass the first 2 fields and just enter the entire 10-digit phone number into the third field, but it will not save. Can you guys look into this? It seems like a very easy fix on your end. If you can just change it to 1 field and make it easier for everyone all over the world. U.S. mobile callers do not use +1 for internal calls, and that is possibly the reason why the app force closes.
Now to form fields. We have a credit application in our app and the form input will not work until the top ad banner is closed. Seems like a minor glitch. We don't mind the ads at all as long as they do not debilitate the app performance.
Spasibo!
