How to make a survey

I want to create a survey that other people can click an option and they will get result percentages of other options previous people have clicked on. I doesn't matter if they can re-log and keep pressing the survey option they want, the survey is strictly for casual purposes. I just don't know how to create this on the website without doing coding (which I know nothing of) does anyone know of a way to do this?
