Free - App - Support required, please

Dear Sirs,

 

I am currently building my first "free" app using this website.

..Let's say I have completed then app. I have spread the link around via facebook etc & users are downloading the free app. 

I then decide to update a page on the app e.g My phone number or a new page.

Does the app automatically update so the users who have downloaded it then see the changes/new phone number & page? Or would the users need to download the app again via the link?

  You do not need to re-submit your app if you are making changes to the content (photos, songs, text on HTML widget, etc), the button tiles or the images used for the buttons and the background in your app.
  iOS and Android apps need to be re-submitted/re-published if you make changes to:
  - your splash screen
  - adding or removing Push/GPS notifications
  - the app icon or app name
  - the functionality of a button/widget (i.e. changing a button from being a Fanwall to Audio List, etc)
  When an app is re-submitted/re-published, your users will need to download/update the version on their device before seeing the changes you have made.

  Does this only apply to the "Free" package that you offer?

  if you need to submit / re-build your app, you have to upgrade payment plan at least to Basic http://ibuildapp.com/pricing.php
