can App send latitude and longitude (gps)

Hi

i want a page like for example "My location "
in this page i want open a url like iframe with parameters (gps) - gps of the user for example    Test.com/lat=35.9090&long=56.232323

so ibuildapp can make for a me a page that I can open a Ifarme !! and get the user loaction and open ifram with gps Parameters like

Test.com/lat=35.9090&long=56.232323

if yes how can make that ,
