  Could you specify what you're referring to when you mention "100 limit", is this in relation to our Basic subscription plan?

  Yes of course that is what I am referring to are these limits from your store of play etc.

  The 100 downloads that come with the basic package, allow 100 individual users to download your app onto their mobile device. This limit is included for both apple and android submissions.
