i'm in the design phase of my app., but now everytime I go to create a new splashpage it takes me to the pricing options.

have I exceeded my number of attempts to create something ?  or this another issue ?  i've tested it a handful of times to show different colleagues what it looks like.  does this have anything to do with it ?

  The splash-screen editor is available after selecting one of the payment plans regardless of whether you've exceeded the plan's limits.

  I was using it fine before while I was designing.  Now it's not available ?
