Videos that play back on the 'iBuildApp' website will not play back on either android phone or iPad.

  Thanks for reaching out!

  What version of Android are you using? When does the crash happen in the beginning, during, or after the music is done. We currently are not compatible with iPad. If you would send us screenshots of the issue through support@ibuildapp.com, we can further escalate the issue.
