Why push notifications dont go to phones?

    Hello Petros,

    We've installed a timed safety measure which prevents users from sending more than 1 notification per hour in order to prevent abuse.

     

    If you consider this to be a technical issue, please detail your device information such as model and year, OS version, and a detailed list of the steps you took to get the notification. 

    Screenshots would also greatly expedite the process, please provide them in this post or start a ticket with our support and an agent will assist you shortly.
