App crashes every time on iOS but works fine on Android.

I created an app back in January, then it finally got published in March. Now it is August and the app has never worked on iOS. It downloads and installs, but immediately crashes and whenever you navigate anywhere. I have submitted multiple emails to get help, but the only thing they say is that it has been escalated to their support team. That was back in March!! It is now August and I can’t get anyone to respond. This app is not a trivial app. It contains information for our emergency medical services in my area. Does anyone have any suggestions? The tech support is ignoring me. I have a paid professional account yet I am getting zero service. That is 7 months that I have been waiting for this app to work. Help please!!!!
