Google forms show blank page on my android(5.0) phone when accessed through my app

Created an app using iBuildApp (terrific experience initially), and the tests are fine when done using laptop. But when i downloaded the apk and installed the app , the page that requires the google form to be filled is not opening (shows a blank screen). However the same form can be filled when i access the test app feature via chrome on the same phone. I'm a beginner, kindly provide me with an easy solution for this problem that has now consumed my life.
