Once App is published can you edit its contents after?

I know there is a link similar to my question, and you can edit certain contents once app hits publication on google/apple stores, but what is the process for this?

Do you simply log back in to iBuild App? If so do they transfer over to the app without prompt. Or another method through the stores we're using to edit?

  hi there, please review the schema showing when you can update your app and if you need to resubmit your app to app store.

  In iOS app development when we are going for the editing of the content, then we again publish our app on the App store.
