How to make a client database?

I feel this should be simple, but it's not. I want to make an app with two options: New Clients and Existing Clients. When I go in to new clients, I want to enter info on a form. When I go into existing clients, I want all info entered into the "new clients" form to be available, listed in alphabetical order by the client name. How to do this?

  Unfortunately we do not have a traditional feature/widget or custom template for this purpose. You can try to get creative with our Log-In and Feedback Form feature and utilize your email box to create a database. Otherwise, this is not an available functionality.
