Nested categories in Directory widget

Hello,

I think it will be a great idea if the Directory widget could have nested categories.

For instance I want to build a city directory and the categories all have different sub-categories to help people find what they are looking for easier.

Personally I will be glad to see that addition cos it will be a great help.

  Also the ability to move and reorder the groups.  What a pain currently being unable to more the groups up or down.

  @Shane.wells If I may direct your attention to the catalog widget. We've recently had major updates to revamp the navigation and it's core functionality. 

  Let me know if that widget suits your purposes.
