convert the attached flowchart into a simpler and interactive menu

I am just designing a app before paying for the enterprise. i need a particular feature and cant seem to find it.

Just trying to create a drop down menu or click instead of a flowchart.

Need to convert the attached flowchart into a simpler and interactive menu. ( if yes, then click B and if no then click E)
