Tablet version to the proper size

How do I get my tablet version to the proper size?

The app test of the tablet version on my android tablet is over-sized and the home page graphics and texts are out of alignment.  Web pages in my links can be pinched down,but the default seems to be max zoom.  Is there a way to scale down??    ...Android version of my test tablet is 4.04
