Why i cant upload my own pictures and icons

Helo i try to upload a Picture for use as backround on my app but no sucsess, i have tried With Google Crom and IE and alot of times, what can i do to fix this ??

    Can you attach the image which you are trying to upload  as a background into app? Which browser you tried to use?

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. I try to start with it, uploading the icon file, both in jpg as gif, and as well in chrome as firefox.

    Its a small pic, so the upload is normally quick to other systems.

    It seeems a problem to more people, please advise in general

    Rinus, you attached images for logo section of the app, but what is the app name? I need this information to try to upload image from our side.

    im having trouble uploading an image for my wiget! I tried on my phone and now on my laptop. everything is correct its small enough right file but wont upload so that I can move on and create it!!! please help me!

    I tried many times is the same, each template can not upload pictures
    A lot of people have the same problem, I guess it should be the company's servers blocked

    The problem is back, i can use the built in images but i cant upload mine, looks like its broken!

    While the problem is of inconvenience, we need more information on the issue you're experiencing in order for us to push a hotfix.

    Please provide us at least your app name, browser type, browser version number, a screenshot of the error messages that appear (if any), the image you're uploading and any other information (ISP speed conditions) you can provide which would expedite the hotfix from our engineers.
