Google Form doesn't scroll all the way down on iphones?

I created an app called Ryestone Mobile that has a few google forms. When I click on the first google form entitled, "Submit Lead Notes" from an iphone the app does not scroll all the way to the bottom thereby not allowing me to submit any information. Why is that happening? Is there a way for me to fix that? I am not having that problem on Android phones.

  Hello, Carlos. Could you tell us please which device: model, iOS version you used for testing your app?
