how do i correctly size posts that appear through the RSS feed?

youtube Videos and photos posted through my wordpress web posts appear to be too big for the phone screen. Please help?

  My app name is ErnzWorld and the feed is being pulled from http://www.ernzworld.com/.

  I attached a screenshot from the app of a video post, and a post with a photo.
